I booked five bags in for 10 am til 5 30 pm.
The lady was there at the shop at 10 am and took the bags into the back of the shop..
We picked them up about 5pm.
Handy service, as its just by windsor castle, so no worrying what to do with the bags.

The perfect place to leave your bags on Favoriete Straße, near the main station. The owner was friendly, and we had a nice chat.
He took clear photos of the bags and even recognised us when we returned! Highly recommended!

The lady that got my bags at that place was very kind, and it made the experience even more enjoyable - even tho the only time we got to talk was when she took my bags - but it’s always enjoyable.
