新宿鐵路站 行李寄存

We needed a place near the train station to store our luggage before we took off for our evening flight… This was conveniently located nearby at a spot easy to(nobody can miss the Godzilla head across the street 😝) and Mai who served us was amazing, answering multiple questions we had about nearby Onsen facilities. Not only was she knowledgeable, helpful and sweet, but as a local guide, she spoke English very nicely. We appreciated the service offered as well as the extra help offered by a wonderful person! 😊💖

Hard getting up and down the stairs but convenient location and helpful staff

JB halal Food - this luggage storage place is so easy to find and very convenient just next to Shin Okubo train station. The shop owner is very friendly and kept my luggage’s safely. Will definitely use them again if I am staying in this area again

Great service, perfectly located in the heart of Shinjuku where it is close to the station. Very easy process to go online and book your storage. This service is a lifesaver! It’s a great option if you have other destinations you’re visiting in Japan and don’t want to haul around all souvenirs you’ve bought. The price is fair, they keep your luggage safe, and it’s in an easily accessible part of Shinjuku. You’ll carry it down to a basement that’s attached to a great craft beer bar, so you can also get a beer after drop off and pick up.
